In this day and age of burnout and ‘quiet quitting,’ great leaders must possess exceptional Emotional Intelligence in order to provide a healthy, cohesive environment for their employees. You can have vision and innovation, but if no one will stand by you, your business will be fragmented (unless you can do it all yourself).
