Are there any HubSpot Free [free] reports or Dashboards or analyses I can run to generate the following type of analysis? For my COMPANIES, I want to know how long each Lead has been in each “Lead Status” step. Ultimately, I want to be able to identify all Companies whose Lead Status has moved from IN\_PROGRESS to QUALIFIED within 2 weeks. Is this type of analysis possible?

Hi @RR001,

Not in the free CRM, no, this requires custom properties and the automation and reporting capabilities of a Professional or Enterprise subscription.

Best regards

Is this definitely possible (with ease) with a paid seat? Also, if I have 10 people in my team, will all 10 need to purchase a seat for this functionality, or could just 1 administrator purchase the seat?

@RR001 this would require one person with access to workflows – the rest of the team would not be able to configure but still see the results.

In terms of “with ease”, here’s what would have to be done:

1. Create a custom date property for when a contact enters a lead status (one property per status)
2. Create a calculation property (duration) each for every set of two dates: [Create calculation and rollup properties](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/properties/create-calculation-properties)
3. Create a custom report to visualize these durations

Best regards!

Hi @RR001,

To analyze how long each lead has been in each “Lead Status” step and identify companies whose lead status has moved from “IN\_PROGRESS” to “QUALIFIED” within two weeks using HubSpot Free, you can follow these steps:

### Step 1: Create Custom Date Properties

1. Go to **Settings** \> **Properties**.
2. [Create custom date properties](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/crm-setup/create-custom-properties) to track when the lead status changes to “IN\_PROGRESS” and “QUALIFIED”.

### Step 2: Use Workflows to Set Date Properties

1. Go to **Automation** \> **Workflows**.
2. [Create a new workflow](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/workflows/create-workflows) to set the custom date property when lead status changes to “IN\_PROGRESS”.
3. Create another workflow to set the custom date property when lead status changes to “QUALIFIED”.

### Step 3: Create a Custom Report

1. Go to **Reports** \> **Reports**.
2. [Create a custom report](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/create-custom-reports) using the properties you set up.
3. Use the date difference between the custom properties to calculate the time spent in each stage

### Step 4: Filter the Report

1. Use filters in the report to identify companies that moved from “IN\_PROGRESS” to “QUALIFIED” within two weeks.

By following these steps, you can track how long each lead has been in each status and identify the companies that moved from “IN\_PROGRESS” to “QUALIFIED” within your desired timeframe.
Best regards,

@himanshurauthan what happened here? The free CRM does not include workflows.
