i have a costumer journey where a costumer recieve more then once email, sms, whatsapp.
when a person submit a elementor form or form on facebook ads on the 2ns time - it doesnt change the lead status to new - and i cant know this person want me to call him again
Hey @GSolutions7 you’re limited in what you can automate within the free version of the platform.
If your elementor form integrated or capturing through non-HubSpot forms? If it’s integrated you can just add the lead status as a hidden field in the HubSpot form it’s integrated into and set the default value of the hidden field to “new” to update this on form submission.
I can’t remember if you can access the meta lead ads forms in the HubSpot forms editor, but if you can you can do the same with those! Otherwise you won’t be able to automate them being updated.
You could just create a list of people who have submit the forms in the past day and use that list to update people in bulk.
Hey @GSolutions7 you might be able to set it as a hidden field in elementor forms, but I haven’t used them in a while to be honest and HubSpot has no control over your elementor forms.
Non-HubSpot forms is basically a script that runs on the visitors browser, scans for any HTML <form> elements and tries to capture leads from them. Due to the nature of it it’s unreliable (adblockers, specific browser situations etc may cause submissions to be dropped). It is not an integration and cannot update any of your third party forms.
Normally I would recomend using HubSpot forms if you want your form submissions to be captured in HubSpot as this gives the most reliable and easiest to use lead capture into HubSpot. If this isn’t an option it might be worth checking with elementor or their community to see if you can add a hidden field! Although the non-HubSpot forms scraper doesn’t play nicely with hidden fields to be honest so it might still be inconsistent.
Hi @GSolutions7 Do you have access to Zapier or Make?
If so you should be able to connect your HubSpot account. Once a form submision comes in from a secondary action you could use Zapier to update the contact record in HubSpot based on the interaction (facebook, email etc)
The Free Verison of Zapier, I believe, would have all of the functionality required for this. The paid version certainly does.
