How do I make the lead stage and disqualification reason apear on the contact object? I realize that there could be multiple leads associated with a contact - but just using the most recent should solve for my needs? Im thinking i can get better reporting by looking at this info inside of contacts

Hi @MaxOchoa,

This can be achieved easily with a sync property, requiring a Professional or Enterprise subscription. (Without one of those, this is unfortunately not possible.)

Here’s what a sync property on the contact object would look like:

Best regards!

Hey @MaxOchoa

when you have multiple lead object associated to one contact

in general the lead status will sync with the Lifecycle stage of the Contact

if the lead advance into a sales opportunity. You can use the standard lifecycle sync for this.

When the lead is not qualified and you have a disqualification reason

you can have a WF that copies the reason into a property in the contact but also that can set other properties like Lead Status to Disqualified or Do Not maket or Not TAM.

This way you will know when a contact is no longer useful in your database

and can decide what to do with it. This will also help the team to identify contacts that they should no longer pursue.

hope this helps
