I figured out why it’s happening, but not sure about the solution…
It’s working if the Drill Down value is set in lowercase “userxyz, crm_id, etc” and I use “contains” or “starts with” to set the filter. If the value is something like Calendly or Firefly Meeting, and I try to use the same type of filter, it won’t pick up the value in the filter. Hmmm…
