Lead Source Parent then child?

Hi All, I have searched for this but it’s not clear to me, so it may be my terminology.

In essense I want to have a Primary Lead Source and then be able to choose from a secondary (child?) list

Example:

Lead Source: Personal Network Referral (this is chosen in the pull down)

Once that is chosen (personal network referral) ideally HubSpot then offers secondary choices:

1. Sister Company

2. Business Network Breakfast

3. X

4. Y

We have a paid subscription - Marketing Hub Starter

HubSpot has a default Original Source property, and Original Source Drilldown 1 & 2 properties - This article explains the properties and this article explains how these are set. If you want to setup anything outside of these defaults you will have to create customer properties and set their values manually, via imports, or workflows.
