Hi, I noticed an error in the lead scoring feature where it shows multiple event reasons even when the lead was scored for one event. Here’s a small snippet of the same
Here in the row where “+2” is added is only relevant to the “page visited” event
and similarly in the row below ~ “+1” .. it is relevant only to “page visited” event and not the other two.

Hope HubSpot team works on this

Hi @Mayuresh,

It’s hard to say what’s going on without being able to cross-reference the actual contact activity and scoring criteria. If you want to share all of that here, I can have a look and potentially explain how HubSpot documents these score changes.

If you’re convinced that this is a bug, I’d recommend flagging it with HubSpot support directly in-app via chat or email so they can forward it to the product team.

Best regards

Hey @karstenkoehler, I am convinced that this is a bug and had a chat earlier with the HubSpot team as well. The support agent recommended me to drop the same thing in the “ideas forum”
