Hello there,

i am testing this tool and have created an interaction score with a web events group. I added a few events within the Event\_Groups. (URL paths) Each event was to make a score. After setting and activating everything, I made sure to click through all the links with my own account, but why is the score still at 0 for my contact?

Hi @CAltindas,

In your browser, have you previously accepted cookies and either clicked through a tracked marketing email or filled a form? That would be a prerequisite. If your cookies have since been cleared, HubSpot cannot track your activity.

Best regards!

Hi, thanks for your reply. I am sure I did accept the cookies. I thought the number would update, but it is still at 0. Maybe I used the filter wrong? At the moment it is ---Page visited----URL Path--- Then I entered the URL

Hello,
later I contacted support about this… their solution for me was to leave out the first part of the URL in the filters. It sort of worked, but not 100%.
For example:

This…
why-choose-hubspot?hubs\_content=[www.hubspot.de/&hubs\_content-cta=nav-solutions-wch](http://www.hubspot.de/&hubs_content-cta=nav-solutions-wch)

Instead of this…
[https://www.hubspot.de/why-choose-hubspot?hubs\_content=www.hubspot.de/&hubs\_content-cta=nav-solutions-wch](https://www.hubspot.de/why-choose-hubspot?hubs_content=www.hubspot.de/&hubs_content-cta=nav-solutions-wch)
