Is there a way for an admin / API / workflow to make changes to properties? I have had 2 instances where I found a lead’s contact time zone property change with no corresponding history or the history looks like it was doctored.
Can someone or program change property history details or delete them?

In HubSpot, changes to properties can be made by admins, through the API, or via workflows.
However, I am not sure about this but it is not possible to change or delete the history of property changes I recommended reaching out to HubSpot support for further investigation.
