We are currently using the Leads object to capture early-stage opportunities that are not yet qualified enough to be created as Deals. While this works conceptually, we are finding the current Lead record layout quite limiting compared to Deals.

Many of our Leads contain similar project-related information to Deals; however, because the Lead object does not provide a clear, structured layout, our team is having to record important lead details externally (for example, in Excel). This creates inefficiencies, duplication of effort, and a higher risk of information being missed or lost.

- In particular, the sidebar-based Lead view significantly limits usability. We would like the ability to click into a Lead and view all related information on a full-screen record view, similar to Deals, rather than relying on a condensed sidebar experience.

Aligning the Lead layout more closely with Deals would significantly improve usability, data quality, and adoption for early-stage pipeline management, particularly for longer sales cycles where opportunities may sit in Lead status for some time.
