We been using Hubspot basic feature to follow up with our leads and been very successful. Now I want to automate this:
1) from our list we want to send emails and if they view email send them 2nd and 3rd email
Also if someone click on a link send them more emails.
Our non-profit can’t afford Hubspot professional so I’m looking Into other tools but I want to keep HubSpot as main tool. Any suggestions?
Outgunned has features and it’s affordable but can’t read action from customer. Any help would be appreciated

There are a number of email tools out there that you could use. None have the power that you’d get from Hubspot Pro workflows + automated emails but you could take a look at something like Lemlist. https://www.lemlist.com/
Good news is that there is also a basic integration between Lemlist & Hubspot.

Hey, have you checked HubSpot Marketplace for email tools that integrate well with HubSpot?
I haven’t checked all others but Outfunnel would most probably solve the issue of sending automated emails with simple logic (eg. send follow-up only if a particular link was clicked) while syncing all engagement data back into HubSpot. Plans start at $19 per month. Unless you meant Outfunnel when you typed Outgunned
