When disqualifying a lead we have a few disqualification reasons that require a “new re-attempting” lead to be created in X weeks/months. The default period shows options 1wk, 2wks, 1month, 3months, or 6months (see attached screenshot). How can I edit these timeframes to give us additional options? Is there an option I can add that allows the salesman to choose their own date or timeframe?
This is a question that our Sales team have also asked! We’d also like to add a custom reminder for the task (currently no reminders set). Any help appreciated!
Our organization is experiencing a similar issue with lead disqualification. Currently, when a lead is disqualified, we need to re-attempt the lead after a year. However, the system only allows us to set the re-attempt timeframe to six months. This limitation is causing confusion and disorganization in our leads portal.
The impact of this issue is significant. It disrupts our lead management process, leading to potential missed opportunities and inefficiencies. Our sales team has to manually track and adjust the re-attempt dates, which is time-consuming and prone to errors. Additionally, this misalignment affects our ability to maintain consistent follow-up schedules, ultimately impacting our conversion rates and overall sales performance.
We would appreciate it if you could resolve this issue or provide us with a solution that allows for a one-year re-attempt timeframe.
We need this. We work in the tax and accounting industry, which means that 99% of the time, “Bad Timing” = “Reach out to me after tax season.” We need to be able to set the task for April 16th.
