HubSpot needs a property to track **the last time a contact reached out to us** — whether through an **email reply** , an **inbound phone call** , or a **self-booked meeting, a form submission etc.**

Currently:

- **Last Contacted Date** = rep-initiated only
- **Last Engagement Date** = mixes inbound + outbound, not reliable
- No clear way to filter or trigger off **true inbound interactions**

For sales teams to prioritize leads, automate follow-ups, and measure responsiveness this would be an ideal property

**Last Inbound Interaction Date** — auto-updating, read-only, usable in filters/workflows. Would love to see this added. It would save time, reduce guesswork, and boost CRM value across the board.
