The ability to select language preferences is currently not suitable. Unfortunately, some of those are inset with the browser and the spellcheck in HubSpot simply defaults to North American spellings. Businesses need the ability to be gramatically correct for their region. Our organisation is in Australia and we spell organisation with an S NOT with a Z for example. I think this is a very basic functionality that is required within your system.
It also needs to be reprisented in the Virtual Assistant.
All our knowledgebase articles are written in UK English but when the Virtual Agent pulls information from them and vends it to a customer, it translates it to American English.
