Landing Page URL not working after DNS update

Hi,

I have multiple Hubspot instances and today, mistakenly I disconnected the primary domain (landing page, Email, Blog) of one of my hubspot instances. By disconnected, I mean wiping everything out, even the Brand domain. However, after realizing my mistake I reconnected it.

But now my landing page URLs do no work. Even the Brand asset like the brochure, infographics do not open on the domain urls.

What could be the primary reason, and is there any solution to it.

Hi, @sshivam ,

One of the first things I’d suggest is to see if there’s any caching that’s interfering. Try to open the URL in an incognito window and see if that changes anything.

The other thing would be to go into the Landing pages section of Hubspot, pick one of the pages that you know no longer works, click Edit and go to Settings. Under that, you should be able to see which domain is selected. Sometimes, if a domain is disconnected, the landing pages default to the funny-looking Hubspot URL. Therefore, that becomes the primary one. Update that for the page you were looking at and republish the page, and if it works, then it’s a case of making sure that you’ve updated all pages at once. If that doesn’t work though, let me know and I’ll see what else I can do :slightly_smiling_face:

I hope that helps,
Eli

Hi Eli, Thank you for your help.

What’s weired is that when using the default HubSpot URL, the landing page content loads correctly, although the images are not loading due to a different path. However, when I switch to our primary domain, I encounter an ERR_QUIC_PROTOCOL_ERROR, along with an error message suggesting that the page might be temporarily down or has permanently moved to a new web address.

I attempted to resolve the issue by republishing the page, but unfortunately, the problem persists. Even the template that my developer had created in the design tool has disappeared.
