Landing page updates not reflected on live page

Hi, I have a curious scenario.

I have a landing page with rich text modules and a form.

Prior to today, updating the text in the rich text module was simple an expected - update in editor, publish, check live page, and all was correct.

Today, I have made a slight change to the rich text copy, published like normal, but the changes aren’t reflected in the live page.
I have tried the following:

- clear cache

- open landing page in incognito window

- open landing page in another brower

- republish form

- unpublish/republish landing page

But nothing has worked.

Is this an update delay on HubSpot’s side and I should check later?

Hi @SGIDP,

This sounds strange and your troubleshooting steps seem correct. Republishing the page and checking in an incognito/private tab should force the browser to load the latest version.

Now that some time has passed, are you still seeing the old version?
