My landing page is not loading the form and custom element above the footer. How do I fix this?
Hey @nbennett5 I’m not seeing the form embed code added anywhere within the source code of your site. How are you adding this form in? Is it via a Default HubSpot form module or a custom form?
When you say “custom element” too, what is it exactly that you’ve added and what is it you’re expecting to see?
I’m not seeing any relevant JS errors on this page, so my guess here is that this is a custom module that’s not displaying data? If you’ve ensured all assets and pages are published to the latest version without error, it may be a problem with the code you’ve used to create this, so you may need to consult your developer on this if this is a custom module.

Now it appears part of the issue was resolved overnight. However, some of the form fields are hidden. We did not make any ops changes, which makes me believe HS is experiencing some sort of bug
