# Landing Page Builder - WHY???

Hubspot, you HAVE to have an option to disable the autosave. It is a train wreck. Any and every keystroke made, the autosave kicks in, making it impossible to complete a project, booting up every 5-10 seconds. Something that should take 2 hours, takes 5 hours. I eventually gave up and have now begun to build my landing page through a competitors site, which is a breeze because that issue does not keep me at computer for hours on end.

This is complete waste of a customers/designers time and needs to be reevaluated. I’m extrememly surprised more people have not complained about this.

**EDIT**** : I was able to resolve the issue. I opened up the editor in Incognito mode and it worked fine. So, I shut off all my plugins and sure enough had no more issues. After turning them back on one by one, I isolated the problem to an ad blocker I have installed. Simply allowlisting _[app.hubspot.com](http://app.hubspot.com)_ took care of the issue.**

Came back to edit some landing pages after about 8 months and am now running into the same issue as the original poster. Every single keystroke or change I make triggers an autosave (which is fine) which then initiates a reload of the entire page (which is far from fine). I needed to make a change on one of my pages that should take 2 minutes, and it has instead taken me 45 minutes. I could _literally_ hardcode the entire page from scratch in the amount of time it took to make a simple text edit and image replacement with your WYSIWYG. This is completely ridiculous and if it’s not fixed soon it will be a good enough reason to abandon HubSpot for a competitor. Browser is Chrome, FYI.
