We want to replicate filters typically available in other social media management platforms where we can filter the view to only contain posts with certain labels or tags; or post to certain channels.
YES PLEASE! We would also love this.
We’d love to request a feature that would make a big difference to our social media workflow and reporting in HubSpot: the ability to add Labels or Tags to social media posts, in addition to associating them with Campaigns.
Right now, Campaigns are helpful, but they’re often used for broader initiatives and don’t give us the flexibility to analyse posts by other key attributes — such as country, post type, format, or objective. By introducing a Tag or Label feature, we (and likely many other teams) could:
- Easily filter and report on post performance by custom criteria
- Analyse engagement and volume trends across different themes (e.g. “UK,” “announcement,” “video,” etc.)
- Better understand what’s working and what’s not, without having to create unnecessary or overlapping campaigns
- Move all our social media planning, publishing, and reporting into HubSpot and eliminate the need for third-party social tools
This change would be a game-changer for us and likely many other marketing teams who want to consolidate tools, reduce complexity, and go deeper on social analytics directly in HubSpot.
We’d love to be part of any beta or feedback group if this moves forward.

Yes yes yes! Us too - I only wish everyone was upvoting this as it would make a huge difference to us and I don’t see why it wouldn’t be simple to add it.
Our issue is that we can’t allocate social posts to campaigns as a way of sorting for reporting because they can only be assigned to one campaign. For example, if I want to assign a product launch post to a campaign, it will be a full campaign (across email, socials, leads, etc.) for that launch. I want to TAG or LABEL a social post so I can report on what posts do best, i.e. events, products, company, educational.
I currently use a lot of manual repetition in my monthly reporting and I am trying to push my peers to use HubSpot for more reporting elements, however I am restricted with this feature missing. We want to see how each type of post is performing. My manual reports can be sorted by posts topics - i.e. product, company, national days, events. There is no workaround for me to set this up and I’m sure it wouldn’t be difficult to build
please consider!
