I completed the Digital Marketing certification and passed the exam with a score of 51/60. In “My Learning,” the course is already marked as completed, and all lessons have the orange checkmark. However, when I open it, it still says “You passed the exam but the certificate was not generated,” and I cannot view or download the certificate. Could you please help me check the issuance?
