Hi @Chen1,

If you’re referring to managing or accessing the knowledge base through the mobile apps, then no, this is not possible.

Best regards!

Hi,

Thanks for your confirmatioon, is it also impossible for Playbook?

In addition, for Knowledge Base data, i have found some articles about the integration of Knowledge Base data through API in community, hence, if my understanding is correct, it support synchronzie Knowledge base data to external website through API, right?

Thanks in advance

Hi @Chen1,

If my previous reply answered your initial question, please mark it as an accepted solution!

Regarding playbooks, they aren’t accessible through the mobile apps either, unfortunately.

Can you elaborate please what exactly you mean when you say “synchronize knowledge base data to external website”? Which data are you referring to? In any case, you should find an answer to your question here: [https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Knowledge-Base-Tool/Knowledge-Base-API-Documentation/m-p/698475/highlight/true#M872](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Knowledge-Base-Tool/Knowledge-Base-API-Documentation/m-p/698475/highlight/true#M872)

Best regards

Hi Karsten,

Thanks for kind response, I have another one question here. As i know, if i create a function/item under Custom Objects in web, IOS/Android APP doesn’t support the display of it as an individual menu function. It only support display the view of custom object through the association in Company and other standard function pages. Could you please help confirm it? If it is, is it possible to set up the custom object as the individual menu? Thanks!
