# Knowledge base possibility to add header/footer html code

Within the Page settings we can add header/footer html code for pages, blog,…

However for your Knowledge Base subdomain you get the message:

“Any changes you make won’t be applied to your knowledge base pages”

We have a use case with a client for this and solved it messy by injecting the needed javascript validation code using GTM in the knowledge base (which is dirty as \*\*bleep\*\* and shouldn’t be the case).
