June 2026 Product Updates

Release Notes: June 2026 Product Updates

June was one of HubSpot’s largest shipping months of the year, with major updates across Breeze AI, Customer Agent, Help Desk, Commerce, and reporting. From a redesigned Breeze Projects workspace to expanded Prospecting Agent access, a wave of Commerce Hub improvements, and dozens of CRM and platform updates, here is everything that went live in June.

Important: HubSpot's new theme — classic theme sunsetting August 31

HubSpot's new visual theme is available now for all customers to try before it becomes the default on August 31. The update brings a lighter overall feel, cleaner typography, and more intentional spacing throughout the product. Nothing about how HubSpot works is changing, just how it looks and feels. Customers already on the new theme will notice refinements to link styling, table headers, and button colors based on early feedback. Switching early means you can get familiar at your own pace before the automatic rollout. Try the new theme.

Availability: All hubs and tiers. Public beta.

Now Live

Breeze: More ways to work with AI across the platform

Breeze reaches more surfaces this month, reducing context-switching and surfacing AI assistance at the moment it is most useful.

  • Actionable search results: Breeze now appears in global search results for contacts, generating a summary and suggested next actions based on the top result — selecting a suggestion opens Breeze with a pre-filled prompt.
  • Email composition: Breeze can now be invoked directly from the CRM email composer using "/" or the toolbar button to draft or suggest email text inline.
  • AI-powered CTAs in assignment notifications: When a record is assigned, the notification email now includes AI-generated action buttons linking to the record with a pre-filled Breeze summary and suggested next steps.
  • Mobile meeting prep: Breeze now generates on-demand meeting briefings from CRM activity and deal context directly from the HubSpot mobile app's Meeting Detail Page.
  • HubSpot Agent for Microsoft 365 Copilot: Live HubSpot data, including deal, ticket, and contact insights, is now accessible from within Microsoft 365 Copilot, fetched in real time and never indexed into Microsoft 365.

Availability: All hubs and tiers. Microsoft 365 Copilot requires a Copilot license or eligible add-on.

Breeze Projects: Collaborative workspaces with file uploads and CRM context

Breeze Projects has been significantly redesigned with direct file uploads and team collaboration, making it a shared AI workspace grounded in both uploaded documents and live CRM data.

  • Redesigned workspace with file uploads and CRM references: Users can now upload files (PDFs, docs, spreadsheets, images) directly to a project and @mention CRM records as references, with Breeze carrying that context across every thread.
  • Team collaboration and smart setup: Projects can now be shared with teammates with view, edit, and manage permissions. New pre-configured templates cover sales prospecting, meeting prep, and customer support, and project memory retains preferences across sessions.

Availability: All hubs and tiers.

Customer Agent: Smarter engagement and better controls

Customer Agent received five updates this month covering where it works, how it qualifies leads, and how admins control its behavior.

  • Coaching Opportunities (replaces Knowledge Gaps): A new page in the Customer Agent dashboard automatically identifies patterns in unresolved conversations, escalations, and negative feedback, surfacing a prioritized list of areas where the agent is struggling.
Available for Pro and Enterprise across all hubs, with HubSpot Credits.
  • Lead Qualification Triggers: Custom trigger instructions let admins control exactly when Customer Agent initiates lead qualification, written in a rich text editor and testable before publishing.
Available for Pro and Enterprise across all hubs, with HubSpot Credits.
  • Responds to form submissions: Customer Agent now responds to inbound form submissions connected to a Help Desk or Inbox workspace, sending an automated reply email to the submitter.
Available for Pro and Enterprise across all hubs, with HubSpot Credits.
  • Email targeting: Admins can now define which contacts Customer Agent responds to on email channels by selecting from existing HubSpot Lists, routing others to the human queue.
Available for all hubs and tiers.
  • More predictable routing with skill-based routing: Help Desk routing now enforces a single primary assignment method per channel, eliminating hidden competition between Customer Agent and skill-based routing.
    Available for Service Hub Enterprise.

Prospecting Agent: Broader access and Seamless integration

Prospecting Agent is now available to every paid HubSpot customer, and a new Seamless integration lets it find net-new contacts matching your target personas.

  • Available on all paid hubs: Any non-free portal can now set up Prospecting Agent, with user-level access controlled through permissions settings.
  • Suggests contacts from Seamless: The Prospecting Agent connects to Seamless via OAuth, finds contacts matching selected personas, and lets users add them directly to the CRM with drafted outreach ready to go.

Availability: All paid hubs and tiers. Seamless integration available for customers enrolled in Prospecting Agent.

Buyer Intent: Three new signal types

Three new intent signal types expand what Buyer Intent can detect, from company news to deal engagement and custom criteria.

  • 20 new company news signals: The Buyer Intent news signal catalog now covers 20 signals spanning financial moves, leadership changes, corporate structure shifts, and competitive activity, all filterable, segmentable, and usable in workflows.
  • Key stakeholder and pain point signals: Two new signals, Key Stakeholder Identified and Pain Point Mention, extract insights from deal-associated CRM engagements such as emails, notes, and call transcripts.
  • Custom signals: Users can create custom intent signals using plain language descriptions, and HubSpot surfaces matching companies with cited sources for use across segments, workflows, lead scoring, and reporting.

Availability: Customers with HubSpot Credits.

Knowledge Vaults: Structured data support and permissions

Knowledge Vaults gained support for structured data files and granular permission controls this month.

  • Structured data files: Knowledge Vaults now support uploading and querying xlsx, csv, json, and xml files, enabling agents to answer analytical questions directly from tabular data including lookups, aggregations, and computed queries.
  • Vault permissions: Admins can now set Manage and Use access at both the portal and individual vault levels. Super admins always bypass vault-level restrictions.

Availability: All hubs and tiers.

Help Desk: Routing, views, macros, and conversation controls

Help Desk received six updates covering routing, view organization, and in-conversation tools.

Available for Service Hub Pro and Enterprise.
  • Folders for views: Reps can now group related Help Desk views into named, collapsible folders in the sidebar with drag-and-drop reordering. Folders are personal and visible only to the creator.
Available for Service Hub Pro and Enterprise.

Available for Service Hub Pro and Enterprise.

Archiving Property Options seems to have introduced a bug to the Sorting function in Reports/Dashboards. Sorting by descending Display Order results in archived options appearing at the top of the table.

Hiya,

Meetings in workflows: Meeting properties and automations are now available in workflows, enabling triggers based on meeting bookings — for example, automatically creating a deal when a demo is booked.
Available for Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Data Hub, and Smart CRM Pro and Enterprise.

I’m trying to figure out exactly what is available here. Can you give me an idea of which meeting properties are available?

Hi @JulieB - you can learn more here about meeting in workflows!

@CSegger Thank you, we’ll pass this on to our team!

It’s not documented here, but did you guys also update the display of attachments? Suddenly all logos, icons, and attachments are combined into a gallery view that is 90% noise to signal and it’s making our work very difficult suddenly.

Screenshot to illustrate how bad it gets

Hi Megan, has this sorting issue with archived property options been resolved yet?

thank you for sharing these updates!
Much helpful!
