We’ve created numerous forms using Jotform to capture promotions, registrations etc. As we have been sifitng through data, we’ve noticed that sometimes data entered on Jotform flows over to Hubspot to create or update a contact, but other submissions completely misses the entry. On our Hubspot acc, Jotforn is a connected app and is synching.
Is there something we are missing in the intergration process?
