I would like to be called back by the technical support service urgently, please. It is impossible for me to reach them.

While the Community isn’t able to arrange direct callbacks, the best path to reach our support team is through the Help button in your HubSpot portal. From there, you can submit a ticket and request a call, or connect via live chat depending on your subscription level.

If you’re having trouble accessing your portal, you can also reach support at https://help.hubspot.com. Once a ticket is open, a member of the technical team will be in touch with you directly.
