IVR Integration With HubSpot

Hi,

We are exploring the CRM options to incorporate into the real estate business model. Our process is somewhat different, we do the pre-sales process on a lead/contact level. However, the deal and opportunities are carried out by other internal teams on other ERPs.

We want to incorporate the same process if we go with HubSpot CRM and in this case, we would only need Marketing Hub to build the marketing campaigns for our prospects. I want to know if just buying Marketing Hub can we enable the calling option for the sales team with the third-party IVR integration so that we won’t have to buy SalesHub as we do not require deal and opportunity modules.

If so can you please list down the India IVR service providers which can be integrated with HubSpot? Would be great if someone could guide us on the same.

Yes, you can Integrate third-party calling providers with HubSpot and enable calling options for the sales team some of the India IVR service providers that can be integrated with HubSpot include Exotel, Knowlarity, and Ozonetel.

Thanks @Jigar_Thakker , does that mean if we use a third-party IVR integration service then we don’t have to buy SalesHub as in our org deal/opportunity level process is managed in another platform by the Account Executive team and they don’t want to move away from their existing systems.
So can we integrate the IVR just with Marketing Hub that will allow our internal sales team to have a call with the lead/contact that comes in our database? Can you please advise over here?

Yes, this can work in your case your internal sales team can have calls with leads/contacts that come into your database. This integration can be done without requiring the purchase of Sales Hub.
