# Issues with Lead Flows

Hi guys,

I’ve set up Lead Flows nicely but I’m wondering if it can do two things at the moment:

1. Not display to people who have already seen it (for a set period of time). Other popups like Hello Bar allow this.

2. Popup upon a user exiting the page (only).

Any help would be great!

1. Not display to people who have already seen it (for a set period of time). Other popups like Hello Bar allow this.

- **There is a grace period of 2 weeks if a visitor closes the lead flow box without filling in any details before it shows up again.**
- **The lead flow box will not appear if a lead has already filled out the form**

2. Popup upon a user exiting the page (only).

- **This option is only available for the Pop-up box flow type.**
