Issues importing list of real estate contacts without contact name

Hello,

I’m importing lists of contacts into the CRM. Some of the records are LLCs or Trusts and do not have a first and last name, and email.

Because of this, they’re not being uploaded into the database.

There is a column “Full Owner name”, the LLC’s and Trusts will fall into this category but theres still no value in the name column.

Should I just migrate the information in column “Full Owner name” to “First name”? Is there a better way of going about it?

Hi @Bdubs,

Yes, you would have to make sure either first name, last name or email have a value. The full owner name is meant for the responsible user in HubSpot - if you split that column into first and last name or just map it to one of the two, that would fix the issue.
