# Issues calling from Hubspot

Hi everyone

I am having issues making phone calls from Hubspot.

When I make the call the person on the other side receives the call however as much as I try to adjust the microphone settings, I can’t hear anything on my end.

Anyone with a suggestion on how to fix the problem?
