The below form otehrwise works correctly if I use simple Text Fields. The purpose is to click and Add New Products more than once and when sumitted it should go into the CRM record or as Ticket.
I tried using Simple Text Fields it worked correctly and the API did submit the data but not when I changed to the Dropdown feilds as seen below.
The issue is: That on submission, the top form data does get submitted but the bottom one’s (that we get after clicking the Add New Button) data does not.
Please advice.
Once again, if I use simple form text fields then I am able to add as many by clicking the Add New button.
It seems that the issue is related to how dynamically added form fields (those generated after clicking “Add New Products”) are being handled. When switching from simple text fields to dropdown fields, the dynamically added fields might not be correctly linked to the form submission process. You need to ensure that these fields have unique names or IDs and that they are properly included in the form’s submission payload. Additionally, check that your form handler (JavaScript or backend logic) is capable of recognizing and processing multiple sets of fields, including those added dynamically. Using a consistent naming convention for these dynamic fields (e.g., adding an index to each new set) and verifying the API is correctly receiving the full dataset should help resolve the issue.
