Hi everyone,

I’m running into an issue related to PDF orientation in HubSpot and wanted to see if anyone has found a good workaround.

We were initially downloading/sharing those reports as PDFs, but HubSpot seems to force a vertical orientation by default, which is affecting how the content is displayed. Because of this, the layout doesn’t appear correctly and its cutting information from the charts.

My questions are:

- Is the vertical orientation for PDFs a fixed behavior in HubSpot, or is there a way to control it?
- Has anyone found a better approach for preserving the original layout?

Any insights or best practices would be really appreciated. Thanks!

Hi @ManuZuluaga ,

I’d recommend exporting reports as a **ZIP of PNGs** , as this format generally preserves the best visual quality across most report types. While **PDFs** can work well for certain visualizations (e.g., bar or pie charts), larger reports—such as tables—may be truncated.

For optimal formatting and clarity, **ZIP (PNGs)** or **PPTX** exports typically provide the best results.

Hope this helps!
