Issue with Company Integration for Dropdown Fields in HubSpot

I’m encountering an issue with dropdown fields during a company integration with HubSpot.

Problem: HubSpot provides both a label and a value for each dropdown option. However, in my project architecture, I treat the label and value as the same, so I only store the value in the database.

Current Behavior: When retrieving company data from HubSpot, only the value for the dropdown field is provided.

Challenge: Since my system doesn’t distinguish between label and value, I’m not sure how to handle this discrepancy effectively.

Example : this is the response from hubspot for dropdown field

Question: What would be the best approach to resolve this issue?
Is there any way that we can directly get labels of dropdown fields instead of values when fetching data from company APIs?

Hey, @DA8 :waving_hand: Thanks for your question. This one has come up a few times in the community. There is not a way to “force” the API to return the labels. It will always return the internal value. You’ll need to collect the labels for each value by making a request to the Properties API to collect the labels and then match the label to the internal value externally.
