# Issue with chat integration with Slack

Hi,

I am experiencing an issue with the chat integration with Slack.

Even though I did not touch anything (that I know of !!), the link does not seem to be working between Hubspot and Slack. Does anyone have had the same experience ?

What can you advise me to do ?

Hey @PDelestre,

The first thing I would try here is disconnecting and reconnecting the integration: [Connect HubSpot and Slack](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/integrations/how-do-i-use-the-slack-integration#disconnect-the-slack-integration)

If that doesn’t work, could you please share some more context / screenshots?
