Issue with Bulk Association of Contacts with Existing Companies in HubSpot

Hello Everyone,

Is there a way to bulk associate existing companies with a new list of contacts in HubSpot without using the “create and associate companies with contact” automation?

In my current process, I create all the companies associated with contacts, then download them with their record IDs, and finally, upload multiple files using the company’s original source ID to establish bulk associations. However, when dealing with a large number of contacts, some of the companies may already exist in HubSpot, making it time-consuming to identify and download their record IDs. Is there an efficient method for bulk associating contacts with companies, even when some of the companies already exist in HubSpot?

HubSpot doesn’t have any native bulk association features, no. However, third-party integrations provide bulk association functionalities, such as Associ8. HubSpot Marketplace

I’m using HubSpot Professional, and is there possibility if I can do custom coding solutions to associate companies with contacts. I’d prefer not to rely on third-party integration apps. If you have any suggestions or insights on how to achieve this?
