Hubspot won’t let me download the CRM list template. Anyone know how I can fix this or gain access? I have some names that I need to upload and would love to sort this out.

Are you talking about exporting the records from the lists by Navigating to Contacts > Contacts > Lists > click on the name of the list > Actions > export list?
If yes, you need to ensure you have access to export from your account. Screenshot by Lightshot

@RHanusik if you’re referring to the “download sample spreadsheet” when you’re starting an import, it’s a link to the Knowledge Base article explaining all you need to know about importing into HubSpot. In that KB artcle, there are some download options:
One object
- Contacts sample spreadsheet: XLSX or CSV
- Companies sample spreadsheet: XLSX or CSV
- Deals sample spreadsheet: XLSX or CSV
