Issue Accessing SEO 1 Certificate

Hi, I’m experiencing an issue. In my learning environment, I’m unable to load my certificate. I tried using an incognito window, which allowed me to access SEO 2 successfully, but SEO 1 still will not load.

Strangely, there is also no score displayed for SEO 1. The course was also removed from the website as of today, so I’m not sure if this may be causing the issue.

I would still really like to obtain both SEO certificates, so I would greatly appreciate any advice, a phone number, or an email address where I can contact support.

I am even open to retaking the SEO exam if necessary, since the score is missing. It would look incomplete if I only have part 2, so I would really like to resolve this.

Thanks for bringing this to the community!

The SEO certifications were retired as of June 23rd. That said, if the Certification was not awarded prior to the change, then the course cannot be completed.

There are however, two brand new AEO certifications that released today. You can find these here!
