Is there a standard field in HubSpot that captures the current date daily?
Also, in calculated fields, is there any function available to check today’s date dynamically?

Within the custom equation editor of a calculation property, no, this does not exist.
For a calculation property, the best native option currently requires an Operations Hub Professional or Enterprise subscription with a daily recurring workflow that sets the current date into a custom date property.

Before HubSpot released the new Time Between, Time Since, and Time Until calculation properties, this was one of the steps you had to do to calculate a Deal’s Age, for example.
