Is there any report or tracker to know how often an email template is being used?

Hello,

I am cleaning up our email templates and I have to identify which one needs to be move under the deletion folder and which one has to stay, now I am looking for a tracker or any report that will show how often do the templates that we have is being used by other teammates. Is there a way to see whom the last person to use the template and which templates they have always use?

Hi @Joybrnlla,

Are you referring to marketing email HTML templates? As far as I know, it’s currently not possible get a full overview of which templates are used by whom and how often they are being or have been used. The only option I am aware of would be the Actions dropdown in the Design manager that allows you to show dependents (= occurrences of this template in your portal). You’d have to go through your templates one by one.

I agree with @karstenkoehler on this. I do think it would be a nice idea for those that want to keep a clean HubSpot! @Joybrnlla -- I’d recommend adding it to the Ideas forum.
