i understand there is the Recipients view for emails going out but i was wondering if there is a view like a email outbox where you can see every email going out without having toclick and indivudally expand each recipient.

You can create a single-object report and use “Engagements” as the object. From here you can pull the email details you want into the report.
You can then apply a filter to show only outgoing emails.
You’d still have to go into the corresponding records to see the email body, replies, etc.
Once this is put together, you can add it to a dashboard with other KPIs, reports, or info you need.
