Is there a way to "send a note" to an internal email?

Has anyone found a way to send an email note to a personalized field? Or found a successful way to override contact owners being people IN HubSpot? (As in, is there a way to override that field and make it an email versus a person from a dropdown list?)

Our customers products/deals are housed in another system. Each deal has a BCC email tied to it. We want to be able to send that BCC email a note each time the contact recieves a marketing communication from our HubSpot workflows. (Yes, customers are marked as marketing contacts and are okay with receiving communications.) We are only worried right now about how to get the email to the deal using the BCC.

Using the “Send internal marketing email” feature in a workflow sends the ENTIRE email - we just want the subject line or something much smaller than the *entire* email.

Using “Send internal email notification” has to be sent to a person or the contact owner, which are fields that we can’t pull in the bcc email to.

Is there any way to pull in a custom added property to one of these internal options?

To make sure we’re not missing anything: Adding that email to your HubSpot account as a user & then sending that user a notification/personalized email is not an option?

It’d also be great if you could share which HubSpot subscription you’re on so the Community knows which tools you’re working with (Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations Pro/Enterprise) Thanks!

Hey @AB_Provide ! As @MiaSrebrnjak mentioned it would be nice if you can share a clear example. Looking to your message it seems that it’s possible but I got a bit lost on what’s the real goal
