Is there a way to one-time associate all CONTACTS with their COMPANY owner?

If you clear out the owner property so it’s a null value, the sync will backfill whomever is Company Owner to the Contact Owner. Try it with a couple and once you’re confident, you can bulk clear that property on the Contact index page.
