For context, I’m just using a free plan. It seems that there’s no button for a poll-like tool, but just wondering if there’s a way to do that on a free or paid plan. Thank you in advance!
Hey @RBolante, thanks for reaching out!
I don’t believe that HubSpot has a native poll tool, but the easiest workaround would be using HubSpot CTA buttons (if you have a paid plan) or standard buttons within the email.
From there, you could report on the number of clicks on each CTA button/the number of clicks on the links tied to each standard button. Just bear in mind that you’ll need to have a link tied to the button (and unique links for the standard buttons). You could build a quick thank you page that thanks the user for their input. This is probably the easiest option since it requires only one click from the user.
Alternatively, you could create a landing page and form. The user could submit the form with their response to the poll, along with any other information you’d want to collect (including their email address), and you could store that response within their contact record.
Hope this helps at least get you started!!
The cta workaround is good, but it’s a decent amount of building buttons and pages that just become bloat on your system. I built a tool that does it all for you (built specifically for email)
