Is there a way to integrate Grid & Pixel with HubSpot?

Hi everyone :waving_hand:

I’m currently using Grid & Pixel to generate personalized images and video snippets in my email marketing. Right now, I have it integrated with Shopify, and it works great within Omnisend — each email includes dynamic visuals that personalize in real-time when a subscriber opens the message.

I’d love to take this to the next level by sending these emails through HubSpot instead. Has anyone here:

  • Successfully integrated Grid & Pixel with HubSpot?
  • Found a workaround or tool that allows importing personalized visuals (like those from Grid & Pixel) into HubSpot emails or workflows?

Hey @CarolinaDM26 this is an interesting tool! I haven’t heard of it but it looks like they’re specifically targeting certain systems and HubSpot isn’t outlined there. I don’t see any api documentation on their website, if they don’t have open APIs there’s no way to built a third party integration with them.

I don’t have experience with the ins and outs of this but from the pitch on the inital video it looks like a lot of features could potentially be available within HubSpot already. Have you checked out smart content in HubSpot? I doubt it’s anywhere near as advanced but I would say with this, workflows and maybe some CMS hub features this would be close to available in HubSpot.

So with Smart content, is there a way to show specific products images per client when it comes to abandoned carts? For example, if you abandoned a cart with Product A & C the email you’ll receive will place automatically those products?

There would technically be yes, it could get quite messy if you have a lot of options though. You can trigger smart content with lists, so if you had a list for contacts who have added product x to a cart (assuming you can get this data in HubSpot) then you could show specific content only for contacts who are in that list.
That would be fine if you had like 5 products, but obviously if you have 100s that’s pretty impossible to manage. You’d need something else to manage it in a much smarter way, I’m not aware of any tools that integrate to do this at the moment though!
