Is there a way to create a report on Average sales cycle per product? (time to close)

Does someone have a creative idea on how to create a report that will show me the avarage time to close of each line item?

You hav to create a custom report. Selext Deals and Line Items as data sources:

Select and drop the required filters on the X and Y axis. The report should look something like this:
