We work with hubspot and we work with 2 different sales teams.
Is there a possibility to assign a task to a team and not only one employee?
Do you have any reccommendations or the same problem?

At this time, a HubSpot task can be assigned only to a single user, not a team. Honestly, that’s probably for the best since it can be easy to overlook a task that’s assigned to a group vs an individual.
For two sales teams, I recommend one of these approaches:

Use separate task queues
Create queues such as “Sales Team A” and “Sales Team B,” then add tasks to the appropriate queue. Queues group and filter tasks, but don’t automatically assign ownership. -
Use workflow-based round-robin assignment
If you have Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise, use the Rotate record to owner action to distribute work equally among selected users or a team. Note that only the team’s primary members are included. The workflow can then create the task for the user who was assigned the record. -
Assign tasks to a coordinator or team lead
Assign the task to one person responsible for distributing it internally, while using a shared queue or view for visibility.
If your requirement is that everyone on the team receives the same task, create separate tasks for each user, ideally through a workflow. If your requirement is that one team member picks up the next task, use a shared queue plus a round-robin process.
For comparison, HubSpot does support assigning tickets to a team without assigning a specific user, but that functionality does not apply in the same way to CRM tasks.
You’ll likely see higher task completion and accountability by being specific. Your goal here should be to make the next steps as clear and easy as possible for your reps to complete. If it’s unclear who specifically is supposed to take action, or if some reps take initiative and others don’t, you’re going to have inconsisent results.

This is actually not “for the better”. This limit’s the flexibility of Hubspot, which isn’t fair to the users who would greatly benefit from group assigned tasks because of how their team is structured.

There are some pre-made ones you can access with workflows under Automation. You would need to set up for your exact use but the frame is there.

Since you can only assaign the task to 1 person, a suggestion that my help would be to create a subtask that makes the current employee reassaign the task to the next employee until it reaches all the needed personal that need to provide input. Maybe even dividing the task into smaller tasks and assaign each employee a different tasks while ensuring they communicate with the rest of the team. This would allow for a continuous workflow while making sure everyone is one the same page.

Agreed! Sometimes we have two deal owners on one order, and we need whoever is available first to complete the task.
Another part to this would be maybe having different type of task where a manager can assign a task to their entire team and each individual on the team getting a task that is only assigned to them. Especially if it’s a to-do task asking each person to complete something or do something by a certain date/time. Currently, they would have to recreate the task over and over until each user on their team is assigned the task which also leaves a lot of room for error.
