Hi, I have an integration with shopify but the ‘tags’ in shopify don’t appear to update in hubspot, it looks as if they add an additional tag
e.g. user in hubspot has a tag of ‘x’, and in shopify a new tag of ‘y’, when shopify updates hubspot, rather than it updating it to ‘y’ it updates to ‘x,y’. Is there a way to get it simply to overwrite?

The only way that I would know of to do this is to have a Workflow clear the tags field before it updates. Unfortunately, I don’t think this is viable. If you’re using the native HubSpot <> Shopify integration this doesn’t have much flexibility in terms of rules, but you could try the one from Unific? I has custom fields mappings that could solve this.
