I recently asked HS support about the best way to showcase client testimonials on our website which we’re designing in HS builder. They said there is a tool in either the sales or marketing hub called ‘testimonials’ where i could add and manage customer reviews, before then being able to Customise the design and layout of the testimonial section to match our website’s branding and style.
I can’t find this tool or anything similar to it?! Is the advice wrong or am I missing something?
Additionally, if there’s another way of showing testimonials I’d love to hear about it.
Hi @DBancroft3 I’ve never heard of a tool for testimonials in either marketing or sales hub.
You could leverage HubDB (requires mktg hub enterprise or content hub pro/enterprise, also in legacy CMS hub pro) to store your testimonial data and dynamically connect that to your website - otherwise, you’d have to create a custom object for testimonials that you associate to your contacts/companies (requires enterprise).
If you’re looking for a testimonial module for your theme, there are free and paid options available in the template marketplace that can be used in combination with your existing theme (if it’s drag-and-drop).
