Is it possible to set conditions for auto-creation of folders in hubspot’s file or document, when a deal is moved to certain deal stages. If possible, let me know the ways with clear steps to do. Thanks

It is not natively possible to automatically create folders based on Deal properties. All file organization would need to be manual as far as I understand.
That said, I’d like to invite some members with more developer experience as well.

for the moment there is no standard way of doing this,
Just a manual creation of folders.
I wonder why 'd you need a folder create when a deal is moved to a certain deal stage?? Folders are mean for files, documents and some other tools like templates or snippets.
You can create views for arranging deals.
If you care to explain more, maybe we can help you better.
Just to answer your question, I just want folder creation in the deal name, when a deal is moved to estimation pending stage, so that from then onwards, the estimation,proposals, douments that are related to that contact can be maintained in that folder.
