Is it possible to insert video or knowledgebase article from outlook extension?

If I send an email from HubSpot contact page, I can select “insert”, and then choose knowledge base articles or videos.

But in the outlook hubspot sales tools add in, there aren´t these options.

So is it possible to insert knowledge base articles or videos in a email in outlook?

Hi @EmilyHanMo,

HubSpot mail extensions surface a smaller set of sales tools (Templates, Documents, Sequences, and Meetings), maybe due to spam filters in inbox clients.

As a workaround, you can create templates with specific KB articles/Videos in HubSpot, and then fetch them in Outlook through the templates option.
