Is it possible to have a CMS site built out and an external shop.mybrand.com site both connected

I am working with a company building out a new site in CMS hub. However, they have a small e-commerce element to their site that Commerce Hub won’t be quite sufficient for. Is it possible to have their main domain connected through CMS Hub and have an additional external site (shop.brandname.com) that is connected to HubSpot via the Shopify or Woocommerce integration?

I’ve got a couple of people working on this and want to make sure this won’t mess things so that both sites collect data.

Hey @NMPohl, thank you for reaching out to our Community!

Yes, it’s possible to have a main site powered by CMS Hub and a separate e-commerce site.

I invite our top experts to this conversation to share their thoughts, @Crystal_Hopper. @miljkovicmisa and @danmoyle any recommendations to @NMPohl ?

Thank you,

Pam

+1 for @PamCotton’s YES here. It’s definitely possible, @NMPohl. You can have a HubSpot-hosted site, and other subdomains on different platforms, and vice versa. It’s just a matter of linking in navigation, and ensuring the HubSpot tracking code is installed for analytics and such.
